SOL Invictus Program

Last updated 3 months ago

Overview

The ElagabalX "SOL Invictus" program is designed to incentivize long-term staking and increase delegation to our validator.

Currently, our validator manages 180,000 SOL, distributed among various stakeholders including the Solana Foundation, Jito pool, SolBlaze CLS, and our xSOL holders.

Our primary goals

  1. Increase stake participation from retail SOL holders: By offering a variety of staking options, we encourage more individuals to contribute to the network and benefit from staking rewards.

  2. Reward loyal stakers: We recognize the value of long-term commitment and provide incentives for those who actively participate in staking.

  3. Cultivate a strong and engaged community around ElagabalX: By fostering a supportive environment for all users, we aim to build a thriving community where individuals can connect, share knowledge, and contribute to the project's success.

  4. Facilitate onboarding for newcomers to the Solana ecosystem: We provide educational resources and accessible staking options to welcome new participants and help them navigate the world of Solana blockchain technology.

This program aims to achieve these objectives by capturing stakes from multiple sources, including native staking, xSOL liquid staking, and Custom Liquid Staking (CLS) via SolBlaze. By offering various staking options and rewards, we not only attract more stake but also create opportunities for education and community engagement.

This approach allows us to welcome new participants to the Solana ecosystem, providing them with a supportive environment to learn and grow within the blockchain space.

Reward Mechanism

Participants earn points based on their staking method and duration. These points determine the share of the weekly reward pool each staker receives.

Points are calculated as:

Stake Amount * Duration (in seconds) *

Let's break this down:

  • Stake Amount: This refers to the value of the participant's investment in the activity.

  • Duration: This represents the length of time a participant actively participates, measured in seconds.

  • Multiplier: This factor varies based on the chosen method and represents the relative value assigned to each method.

This formula ensures that participants are rewarded proportionally based on their commitment and chosen approach.

Reward Allocation:

  • A portion of the ElagabalX validator rewards is allocated to the reward pool. This means that as our validator's stake grows, so does the potential reward for all participants.

  • Rewards are distributed proportionally based on your total accumulated points. Your share of the reward pool may fluctuate depending on your staking method, duration, and the total points of all participants.

  • The SOL Invictus program is designed to be fully autonomous, from point calculation and reward pool formation to distribution.

As our validator's stake grows, so does the potential reward for all participants.

Distribution & Claim Reward:

The distribution of rewards occurs weekly and is carried out entirely automatically.

The process takes into account various sources of rewards, including block rewards, tips from the Jito system, validator commission, Solana compensation payments, and any third-party contributions.

One key advantage of the program is that participants are not required to take any action to receive their rewards. Once the weekly distribution process is completed, all earned rewards are automatically deposited into the participants' wallets.

To participate in the "SOL Invictus" program, you simply need to stake your SOL using one of the following methods, each with its unique multiplier affecting the number of points earned:

Native Staking ≈ 7.72% APY + Airdrops

  • 1x multiplier

  • High security: executed at the Solana Staking Program level

  • Direct network support: immediate participation in transaction validation

  • Ease of use: accessible through most Solana wallets

  • Liquidity limitation: unbonding period required for withdrawing funds

Step-by-step guide👇

xSOL Liquid Staking ≈ 8.70% APY + Airdrops + DeFi

  • 1.2x multiplier

  • Liquidity preservation: ability to use xSOL tokens in DeFi protocols

  • Automatic reward reinvestment: potentially higher APY

  • Flexibility: easy to exchange back to SOL at any time

  • Integration with ElagabalX ecosystem: additional benefits and opportunities

Step-by-step guide👇

CLS via SolBlaze and The Vault ≈ 7.85% APY + Airdrops + DeFi + BLZE

  • 1.3x multiplier

  • Wide integration: access to an extensive DeFi ecosystem on Solana

  • Validator choice: ability to support a specific validator

  • Potentially high APY: through optimization and additional rewards

  • Diversification: possibility to distribute stake among several validators

Step-by-step guide👇

Weekly Meme Coin Airdrops

SOL Invictus program distributes a selection of popular meme coins to xSOL holders on a weekly basis. Every week, a curated list of meme coins is chosen and distributed proportionally to xSOL holders. This creates a consistent and engaging way to expose our community to the exciting world of meme coins.

DAO Integration

ElagabalX believes in empowering our community and giving you a voice. In the future, we plan to implement a DAO governance system that allows xSOL holders to directly participate in choosing the meme coins featured in our weekly airdrops. This ensures transparency and gives you a chance to influence the direction of our program.

Q2: How do I participate in the SOL Invictus Program?

A2: You can participate by staking your SOL using one of three methods: Native Staking, xSOL Liquid Staking, or Custom Liquid Staking (CLS) via SolBlaze.

Q3: What are the reward multipliers for each staking method?

A3: Native Staking has a 1x multiplier, xSOL Liquid Staking has a 1.2x multiplier, and CLS via SolBlaze has a 1.3x multiplier.

Q4: How are rewards calculated?

A4: Rewards are calculated based on your stake amount, duration of staking, and the multiplier for your chosen staking method. The formula is: Points = Stake Amount * Duration (in seconds) * Multiplier.

Q5: When are rewards distributed?

A5: Rewards are distributed automatically once per week. The exact day may vary to ensure all reward sources are accounted for.

Q6: Do I need to claim my rewards manually?

A6: No, rewards are automatically deposited into your wallet after the weekly distribution process.

Q7: What types of rewards can I expect?

A7: Rewards include staking yields (APY) and airdrops of various popular meme coins.

Q8: Can I participate in choosing which meme coins are used for airdrops?

A8: Yes, in the future, xSOL holders will be able to vote on meme coin selections through a DAO governance system.

Q9: Is there a minimum stake amount to participate?

A9: Yes, it's 0.5 SOL

Q10: Can I switch between staking methods?
